Company Overview
Jialong New Materials Co., Ltd. is a leading private enterprise dedicated to the research, development, manufacturing, and global sales of advanced graphite materials. Located in the Linzhou Hongqi Canal National Economic and Technological Development Zone, our facility spans over 1,200 mu (approx. 200 acres).

As a national high-tech enterprise, a Standing Director unit of the Carbon Association, and a city-level Engineering Technology Research Center, we operate the largest single-site, fully integrated graphite material production base in China. Our workforce comprises over 1,000 employees, including more than 80 specialized carbon product experts, supporting an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of Ultra-High Power (UHP) graphite electrodes.

Product Portfolio & Market Presence
Our primary product line features a comprehensive range of Φ550mm to Φ800mm UHP graphite electrodes, with an annual capacity of 120,000 tons for this specific series.

• Φ550mm Series: Renowned for exceptional quality and stable performance, this product consistently ranks among the top three in market sales within the industry.

• Φ800mm Series: Manufactured using China's largest domestic press, these electrodes offer core advantages including high thermal resistance, low consumption, and superior electrical conductivity. They are widely utilized in the "short network" systems of Electric Arc Furnaces (EAF) for metal smelting in the steel industry.

Strategic Partnerships
We have established long-term strategic partnerships with major domestic steel conglomerates, including Baowu, Valin, HBIS, CITIC Pacific, and Shagang. Our international footprint is rapidly expanding, with products exported to key markets along the "Belt and Road" initiative, including Russia, Canada, South Korea, Turkey, Southeast Asia, and Europe. This global outreach has significantly bolstered our brand influence and market competitiveness.

Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities
Our production capabilities are supported by four fully integrated production lines, featuring state-of-the-art equipment:

• Press Lines: 2 industry-leading domestic vertical-ramming/horizontal-extrusion lines (6,000-ton and 4,100-ton), complemented by 2 x 3,500-ton lines and 1 x 1,600-ton line.

• Auxiliary Systems: 4 sets of fully automatic computer batching systems.

• Baking: 2 sets of 18-chamber, 2 sets of 32-chamber, and 2 sets of 36-chamber ring-type baking furnaces.

• Graphitization: 4 internal series furnaces.

• Impregnation: 4 horizontal tank production lines.

• Kilns: 2 tunnel kiln lines and 2 sets of 24-pot calcination furnaces.

• Machining: 5 fully automatic CNC production lines for body and joint machining.

• Quality Control: 2 comprehensive inspection and testing systems, ensuring rigorous quality assurance.

Quality Assurance & Future Outlook
