Jialong New Materials Co., Ltd. (Jialong Carbon) is a large private enterprise, which engaged in the research and development manufacturing and marketing of new graphite materials. The company is located at Red Flag Canal National Economic And Technological Development Zone of Linzhou city, the plant covers an area of more than 1200 mu, carbon products experts more than 80 people, owning more than 1000 employees, annual production capacity for graphite electrodes more than 200,000 tons. The company is also a permanent member of the Carbon Turbulence Association, a national high-tech enterprise, the city engineering technology research and development center, and the current domestic single plant with full process of large scale graphite new material production base.

Our factory mainly hasφ350mm-φ800mm high power and ultra high power graphite electrode, φ960mm-φ1310mm large size graphite electrode and various size of graphite block, which are widely used in steel and non-ferrous metal smelting, chemical industry, new energy and negative electrode materials. Our products be sold well in domestic market like Baowu, CITIC Pacific, Shagang Group, HBIS Group, Jingye Group and other large steel companies. Overseas market are mainly exported to Russia, India, Japan, Korea, Turkey, Southeast Asia, Europe and other countries and regions along the Belt and Road.

Now the company has four sets of complete production lines, the main equipment includes 2 production lines of Chinese advanced forming vertical extruding machine 6000 tons and 4100 tons, 2 production lines of extruding machine 3500 tons, 1 production lines of extruding machine 3500 tons, 4 sets of automatic microcomputer batching system, 4 sets of 18-room circular baking furnace, 1set of 32-room circular baking furnace, 2 sets of 36-room circular baking furnace, 4 sets of internal graphitization furnaces, 4 production lines of horizontal impregnating tank, 2 production lines of tunnel kiln, 2 sets of 24 cans calcining furnaces, 5 sets of fully automatic control lines of machining graphite electrodes and nipples, and 2 sets of matched inspection facilities and detecting system.
